Metallic Green Palythoa.  

Very easy to take care for which makes it ideal for beginners. Can grow and fill large parts of a tank quickly this is why it's best left on a separate rock to grow on. 

We grow our frags under medium light and flow. 

Feeding not necessary but will improve colors and growth
